How we do it?
1. We are your fiduciary
Upon investing, an assigned associate will seamlessly help you process a legal investment proof contract. This process should take 1 - 2 working days. A digital and physical copy of the contract will be shared with you.
Details like maturity ROI date, return percentage, fallback clause, T&C etc is declared in the affidavit.
2. Fund allocation
In this step your funds will be allocated to a section of our modular farm and animal/s will be reared under the animal husbandry contract between you and Parawak.
Parts of your investment will go towards feed, care and as other compensations for the assigned farmer for you.
3. Support, Assess, Manage
We actively support our farmers through our comprehensive modular farming model till we generate income from the husbandry process.
An important aspect of our operational model is to keep you upto date, protect the fund with transparency, assess risk and manage it using fallbacks if needed.

4. Connect and Process
3 days prior to your ROI maturity date your assigned wealth manager will connect with you to initiate the payout through bank transfer or UPI.
This marks the end of a husbandry contract between you and Parawak.

1. Allocation
We will allocate your farm animal/s and a farming block in our site for you and assign a dedicated farmer with your investment on your behalf.

4. Assess and update
On the last Friday of every month you will get a photographic update of your farming module, resources and information such as well being, weight, market value etc.
2. Rearing expenditure
Parawak and part of your investment will support the cost of raising your assigned farm animal/s.
5. Income generation
At an approximate weight between 100 - 120 kg the hog will be sold at our B2B wet market to generate income.
3. Tagging
Every farm animal will be tagged with an identifier for tracking of parameters like weight, age etc
6. Income sharing
With respect to your ROI percentage the income will be shared between you, the assigned farmer and Parawak.
